Why is the Claim button greyed out in my dashboard?
TL;DR: Points rewards can't be claimed.
When you participate in a points program, Merkl acts as an indexing solution that tracks and assigns points based on your onchain activity.
Because points are automatically attributed to your wallet address, there is nothing to claim onchain.
Points are non-claimable and non-transferable by design. They will appear in your Dashboard for visibility, but the Claim button will remain greyed out for these rewards.
Note that final point values and reward distribution are determined by the campaign creator. The amounts displayed in your Dashboard are indicative and subject to change.
